Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. He received
his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is licensed
to practice law in the state courts of Texas and the federal district
courts of the Northern District of
Texas. Richard began practicing law in 2009 after working in the financial services industry
