The mother of two children
Yes, I’m capable and still willing to fight with every legal
weapon available – when necessary.
Foremost, however, my priority is to help
clients resolve disputes without resorting to a judge and/or
jury deciding their future, their children’s future, their
money matters, their parenting roles, or their continuing
family relationships.
As the mother of two, I know the need to shelter children
from vengeful divorce, child custody or related battles and
to include them in positive negotiations and settlements
whenever possible.
To do this in private by the best legal means, I practice
Collaborative Law, a state-recognized legal process that
works outside the courtroom to reach a fair resolution by
all parties guided by their attorneys.
In divorce and child custody cases, the Collaborative Way
works to dissolve the marriage, not destroy the family.
Even in litigation, I strive to help my clients find
solutions to their problems, rather than allowing the judge
to do so.
